Stranger
I just finished watching Sword of the Stranger for the third time! This movie just kicks ass in so many ways! It brings me back to those times that I get a high from watching Rurouni Kenshin OAVs. Everything's just beautifully animated and the fight choreography is fast but not short at all.Highly recommended!
We also watched Studio Ghibli's Ponyo by the Cliff. Very simple yet endearing. Love it!

Oh yeah, that movie was awesome! Story wasn't exactly deep material, but still thoroughly enjoyable. It was especially nice to see that the creators were not afraid to kill off established characters. The animation was, as you pointed out, superb.
I watched it together with Hai, and we loved every bit of it! Time for some Sword of the Stranger fan art?

@harold: Yeah, I started it but was really disappointed with it so I didnt continue. It's harrd to enjoy it when you know the manga is a million times better.
